2. You will see a yellow error page. Ignore this message.
3. Open your invoice email in another window.
4. Replace the XXXXXX in the URL with your invoice number and replace the YYYYYY with the product number found in the product description. Both are shown on your emailed invoice .
Do not include the parenthesis when you insert the invoice and product number.
5. Choose "Save this File to Disk" and note the location you save to.
6. You will need to unzip or run the download to use it.
