Studio F will never disclose your personal information to any 3rd party without your permission.
We do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. As you browse our site, our web server collects information about your visit, not about you personally.  None of this information is associated with you as an individual.

Ordering

To order online, you must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).  This information is only used for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. Orders from our store are confirmed via e-mail, and if you have ordered a product on CD, tracking information is sent to this email. This information is stored securely. 

Cookies

Cookies are required if you shop on our site and to download the products you purchase.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you.  A cookie cannot be used to access or otherwise compromise the data on your hard drive.
To order from our shopping cart, you must allow cookies to be set on your computer, even if only "per session".  This allows the shopping cart to keep track of your purchases while you shop.

Our mailing list is used only to announce our new products, free trials and special offers from Studio F.  Your e-mail address will never be shared.  You may opt-in or opt-out at any time you wish.

Studio F may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Studio F or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Studio F, the site or the users of the site, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Studio F, the site or the public.
