Not a problem...
During our regular business hours we’ll set up a download for any files from the CDs that you need within just a few minutes.
Just send a note to ordersat powerfinish.com with a request for a download. Tell us the name of the template, background or volume you need right now. (Hold your cursor over the thumbnail image of the design you need and jot down the name you see in the alt tag which will appear.)

Problem with your download?

If you experience any difficulty with your download, you may re-establish your personal URL for up to 48 hours from purchase.
To re-establish your link, you will need your invoice email.  Copy and paste the following link (in red below) into your browser

https://www.powerfinish.com/cgi-bin/shopper.cgi?deliver=action&invoice=XXXXXX&sku=YYYYYY

Then open your invoice email in another window.  You must replace the XXXXXX with your invoice number and replace the YYYYYY with the product number found in the product description. Both are shown on your emailed invoice .
Do not include the parenthesis when you insert the invoice and product number.

Choose "Save this File to Disk" and note the location you save to. You will need to unzip or run the download to use it.
